Description:
The Human Resources Assistant will perform general receptionist duties including assisting guests, processing paperwork, answering phones and responding to emails. There are customer service duties that involve the staff, faculty and students across campus. Additional projects as assigned. This is not a remote position, in person attendance is mandatory.
Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Please include your Spring '24 and Summer '25 availability and class schedules.
Qualifications:
- Works well with a team
- Communicates well both verbally and in writing
- Handles confidential information with discretion
- Capable of managing multiple projects at the same time and working with frequent distractions
- Must be punctual, dependable, and mature
- Previous customer service experience preferable
- Must be highly organized and have high attention to detail
- Must be registered for 6 or more credits in Fall 2023
